Little snippets of my week….

I love my little Red car! … It took me a little while to love the girl, but now she’s a part of the household! Love it! We finished off last weekend with a nice Sunday drive…..such fun! It’s school holidays for us, so lots of time with the kids ahead.

A bit of baking was done.. Raspberry, Coconut Banana cake was delicious! It was made from a Donna Hay recipe. A big hit! This is the recipe I used Find Donna’s recipe here!

My spring salad this week was Quinoa, roasted vegetable & pine nuts! It was so good! My recipe was featured on my blog earlier in the week you can find my recipe here.

My son Max insisted on more Overnight Oats. This time it was Raspberry!

I’ve enjoyed the Spring rays in my home.

I loved my new Mags….lots of inspiration there!

My past week in pictures…& a little milestone for The K J Collective!

My week started hectic as always, it was the last week of term for my kids, which made it worse I think! It seems a bit easier when I’m organised, my overnight oats helps this cause.

I finished up the 7 vignettes competition which was fun, here was my grid. It’s such a great way to learn about styling from so many creative people. Read about it on my blog post here.

This week also marked 1k followers for my blog. Happy dance-woo hoo! I am so grateful to have so many lovely people following my blog here & on IG. I love receiving such wonderful support from so many of you, some of you make me laugh too!! ….thank you! It keeps me motivated to keep doing what I love! ✖️✖️

I also did a bit of cooking…. I love my salads & trying a different one each week.

Spring is here & I’m loving it!

At The K J Collective I’ve had a great week, super busy, but fantastic!

I’ve enjoyed the beautiful Spring flowers in my home & at the market.

I’ve been inspired by Spring Interiors! How Stunning are these interiors by One Another Design

Home Beautiful Magazine were lovely to feature a picture of mine on their Facebook page for their #hbmystyle segment. I just love my flowers.

I also been busy styling pictures for a competition run by Jen Bishop from the The Interiors Addict , I’ll post more information on this during the week… It’s such fun! This was a picture of mine I used for the word ‘yellow’. Mr Jason Grant, master stylist & author was the guest judge this month, so it was only appropriate I used a lot of yellow in my pics! #mrjasongrantlovesyellow

I’ve ended the week with a bit of baking for afternoon tea with the family for Father’s Day! Donna Hay’s Molten Chocolate Brownies….oh my god they were good!
